WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In GESIURIS we treat the personal information provided by the interested parties through the different systems of personal information capture according to the following purposes:
Contact form: we will use your personal data to analyze and manage your query, contact you to give you an answer and/or send you the information you have requested.
Blog participation: we will use your data to register you as a blog participant and to analyze and publish your comments and contributions to the blog.
Newsletter subscription: in this case, we ask for the following personal data: Name, Email, to manage the subscription list and send newsletters. Within the web there are several forms to activate the subscription.
Customer registration: we ask for the data and documentation necessary to apply for registration as a customer of GESIURIS. A video-identification process will be carried out in order to comply with current regulations. The data provided through this process will be processed by GESIURIS in order to comply with the contractual relationship, its legally established functions, and in particular, to assess the suitability of a product, manage requests relating to Collective Investment Institutions, communicate the evolution of managed investments and information with tax implications, and comply with legal obligations such as those arising from the regulations on prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism. Access and use of the client area of our website will also be managed, which will allow the consultation and carrying out of certain procedures and formalities related to the services and products contracted.
Registration and access to the customer area: we will process your data to verify your user and give you access to your private area which contains allows you to consult your positions and to carry out subscription, redemption and transfer operations of shares online.
We inform you that in those cases in which the legal requirements are fulfilled we will be able to send commercial communications to the users.
